RoboRuckus is an open source game inspired by the excellent board game RoboRally (you should buy it now). This game takes the basic idea of RoboRally, but implements it using actual robots controlled by the players. While we discovered there have been other versions of this idea, we wanted something that was entirely open source, fairly inexpensive, and as easy as possible to build and modify.

This is an extremely collaborative project and we welcome people of all ages and experience levels! If you’d like to get involved, build your own robots, or anything else, please join our community Discord hub! Link to discord server

You can try a hosted demo of the game (without robots, of course) at our Demo Site. If the game is already running, you can reset the program from the setup page. Note that all visitors share the same instance of the demo.

If you have any questions or would like to share your experience playing, we’d love to hear from you! Please contact us via email or share with us on Facebook.
